We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact hello@ickystix.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once assessed, we’ll arrange either a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please contact us before returning or disposing of any items.
