Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Standard shipping is untracked. Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and are provided as a guide only.

Australian orders generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

International orders generally arrive within 15 to 25 business days. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Ickystix is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or incorrect address information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
